Hello !

Hello

So this is my diary to myself and to whoever comes across my humble little diary.

I am a soon-to-be Graduate Dietitian who during her 4 years at university has acquired a hefty muffin top and an unpleasant body shape.

At 72kg, and standing at 5ft 9, my BMI is 23kg/m2, making me of a healthy weight. However, my body does not look healthy, and I am not happy with it


I'm a size 14 (UK) and seriously clothes no longer look good. I want to look good.

I also want to meet the man of my dreams so that is also another motiviation

I'm a muslim, and have 12 days to fast from last year. I also have Ramadhan coming up in July, a whole 30 days of fasting eek! I'm gonna take advantage of this opportunity to help my weight loss be faster in time for my holiday

August 13th. I will be hot. That's just under 10 weeks away.

I want to lose 7kg. That was the weight I was before university had begun. thats 14 lbs.  1 stone. 1 stone in 10 weeks. Can it be done? I think its realistic.

They say 1-2lbs should be lost every week. I think I can do that and this fasting is gonna make it easier for sure.

I'll weigh myself in the morning, see what I fair up as but yeah - would be nice to be back as I was previously. So this is my little diary, which I shall be updating daily - I'll let you (me) know what i'm eating, and what i've managed to lose.

I think i'll weigh myself every wednesday and sunday just for that reassurance that i'm going along the right track.
